Bill Explanation
The Town of Rocky Mountain House provides water, sewer, and garbage collection services for its residents.

Utilities are billed once every two months. Bills are sent out January, March, May, July, September, November and are due the 10 of February, April, June, August, October, and December.

Reminder Notice

A reminder notice is mailed out to all outstanding accounts 11 days after the original due date. Residence will be given eleven days from the mail date to pay the reminder notice. If accounts still remain outstanding a Red Letter will be posted on the door of the address that is delinquent. Residents will then have 48 hours to pay outstanding utility fees before disconnection.

Fees

Please be aware there will be a fee of $29 plus G.S.T. added to any account that is disconnected. If service must be reconnect after 4:30 p.m. a fee of $81 plus G.S.T. must be paid before utilities will be reconnected.

Acceptable forms of payment for disconnected accounts are:

  • Certified cheque
  • Debit
  • Mastercard
  • VISA
