Purpose
In February 2012, Town Council approved the Downtown Storefront Improvement Program for a two year period ending December 2013.
The program provides a one-time matching grant to business owners and property owners located in the downtown commercial area to renovate their storefronts.
The Town of Rocky Mountain House will provide $2,500 for any storefront project greater than $5,000 in construction value. For projects less than $5,000, the town will pay 50% of the construction value.

Conditions
The only condition with the grant is that the renovations should closely conform with the recently approved architectural guidelines.
