Town of Rocky Mountain House guidance for residents during the Canada Post strike

Due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, Town of Rocky Mountain House December utility invoices will not be placed in the mail as scheduled.
If you typically receive your utility invoices via the mail, Administration will have a printed copy available to pick up at the Town Office, 5116-50 Ave, Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., starting Dec 16. Alternatively, you may contact utilities@trmh.ca to have your utility invoice sent via email.
When delivery service is restored, the Town will place any paper invoices yet to be picked up in the mail for residents' records.
Residents are advised that utility invoice payments remain due on the 10th of each month. If you would like to confirm your outstanding utility invoice amount, please contact utilities@trmh.ca or call 403-845-2866.

Town of Rocky Mountain House payment due dates will be unchanged. Residents are still responsible for paying taxes and utility invoices during the Canada Post service disruption. To receive invoices via email, please contact utilities@trmh.ca.
Taxes and utility payments can be made at a local financial institution either in person, by telephone or online banking. Payments can also be made in person at the Town Office, 5116-50 Ave, Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. When the office is closed, there is a drop box at the front entrance for cheques. To inquire about alternate payment options, please contact accountsreceivable@trmh.ca.
It is recommended that vendors of the Town of Rocky Mountain House register for electronic funds transfer (EFT) if they have not already done so. To register, please contact accountspayable@trmh.ca.
