Who is eligible for the RFAP?

Eligibility for the Recreation Facility Access Program (RFAP) depends on your family's total yearly income and the number of people in your household (including adults and children under 18).
Your family is eligible if your total family income (the sum of all household members' line 150 on your most recent Income Tax Return) is equal to or less than the following:

| 1 person | $35,000 |
| 2 people | $45,000 |
| 3 people | $47,500 |
| 4 people | $50,000 |
| 5 people | $52,500 |
| More than 5 people | $52,000, plus $2,500 for each additional person |
How do you apply for the RFAP?
Eligible families will go to the Clearwater Regional Family and Community Support Services (CRFCSS) Office to be approved and be given one (1) Access Card per person with an expiry of one year from time of issue.
Without Referral
Eligible families or individuals will have to confirm total family income by line 150 of their most recent income tax return(s).
With Referral
Eligible families or individuals will have a referral form from a referral agency that confirms the eligibility of the applicant.

What can Access Cards be used for?
Each Access Card provides a 50% discount on a set number of Town of Rocky Mountain House drop-in admissions, program/lesson registrations, and memberships.
Allotment available for each Access Card:

Important Information:
- Access Cards are not transferable.
- Lost Access Cards will not be replaced.
- RFAP discount cannot be combined with any other offers.
