You will be working in a vibrant community of 6,800 at the doorstep to the Rocky Mountains and outdoor adventure. We have all the amenities and more.  As a key player in our team you will have the following qualifications:

  • Grade 12 diploma
  • Valid Class 5 Alberta Driver’s License. Willing to get Class 3 with Air
  • Excellent public relations skills
  • Excellent organizations skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The Town is seeking an energetic, dynamic individual for the position of Pool Cashier at the Credit Union Co-op Aquatic Centre. The successful candidate will be strongly devoted to public service, be team orientated, innovative. This person will be part of a great team in providing administration, cash and public relations services to our patrons including selling swim passes, registering swim lessons and cleaning duties.

You will be working in a vibrant community of 6,800 at the doorstep to the Rocky Mountains and outdoor adventure. We have all the amenities and more. Living in Rocky Mountain House you can experience live arts, concerts, all sports or belong to one of the multiple community organizations. Town amenities include the Christenson Sports and Wellness Centre, the Credit Union Co-op Aquatic Centre, skateboard park, ball diamonds, parks, extensive trail system and playgrounds. As a key player in our team you will have the following qualifications:

  • Minimum 15 years of age (14 with letter of consent from parent or guardian)
  • Preference will be given applicants who hold a Bronze Medallion Award 
  • Standard First Aid with CPR C and AED preferred  
  • Desire to pursue a career as a Lifeguard/Swim Instructor at the Rocky Mountain House Pool
  •  Able to assist in an emergency associated with the Aquatic Centre

Well-developed interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication in English and ability to communicate well with all ages and ethnic groups
