The Town of Rocky Mountain House requires that no person shall carry on or operate a business in town unless the person holds a valid Business License authorizing the person to carry on or operate that business.
How do I apply for a Business License?
1. Complete the Business License Application form.
2. Submit completed application form and applicable Business License Fee to:

How long are Business Licenses valid?
Business Licenses are valid from January 1 to December 31 of each year.
How are Business Licenses renewed?
Business License renewals are invoiced annually. Annual Business License Fees are paid in person at the Town Office, 5116-50 Avenue.
