Town awarded for financial reporting
The Town of Rocky Mountain House has once again earned a Canadian Award for Financial Reporting. This a great achievement for Council, staff, and the entire community.
Government Finance Officers Association of the United States and Canada (GFOA) recognizes the Town of Rocky Mountain House for its annual financial report, for the fifth consecutive year. The most recent report, for the year ending December 31, 2023, is available to residents online.
The Canadian Award for Financial Reporting recognizes excellence in governmental accounting and financial reporting and represents a significant accomplishment by a local government and its management.
