Members are appointed at Council's Organizational Meeting each October, or throughout the year as vacancies arise.

The Clearwater Regional Family & Community Support Services Board requires one (1) public member to fill a vacating position. The Member must be a resident of the Town of Rocky Mountain House or be employed in the Town of Rocky Mountain House. The position will advise the FCSS program including determining the needs of community, being aware of resources, and reviewing funding applications.

The Board meets approximately ten times a year on the 2nd Wednesday of each month, excluding July and August, at 12:00 Noon. Th

The Rocky Mountain House Policing Committee requires two (2) public members to advise on local policing matters, as per the Policing Bylaw 2018/26V. The Member must be a resident of the Town of Rocky Mountain House, present a clean criminal record check and take an Oath of Office.  

Meetings are held every two months, times and locations to be determined. The term for the Committee is a maximum of three (3) years, commencing November 1, 2025.
